Who worked on Thanksgiving?

Just taking a poll to see who here actually worked on Thanksgiving.

Any realtors have any open houses or take any buyers out shopping for a home?

We are in desperate times with the home depreciation in most areas, and other factors causing homebuyers to flee!

In Charlotte North Carolina things have been steadily increasing, but the cold weather has been pushing clients away.

Charlotte has also been experiencing a huge drought, and everyone's lawns seem to be all dried up!

Try to explain this to a out-of-towner, and see how many questions they ask you about these occurences.

I did a little paperwork this morning, but it didn't take time away from my family.  I love holidays like this when no one is likely to call or even e-mail you.  It's such a treat.

Spent 95% of it with my family, but I did have some firefighting this morning with a seller who verbally accepted an offer and was trying to change things after the fact. That was fun, but it all got cleared up so all's well that ends well.

I spent the day with family and friends....some of the friends were 3 sets of present and past clients so I did do a little talking of real estate but that's about all!

I celebrated T-day on Wed night with family, so I did some work on Thrs. Minor if you will though, re-tooling the website. Not ready for launch, but getting there soon.

I had clients on Friday but not on Thanksgiving so I did spend some time getting ready for them.  Other than that I enjoyed my Turkey.

I took the time off to spend with my family that I hadn't seen in several months. It was great to see family and friends and to eat mom's famous carrot cake and sweet potato pies. Yum! Yum!

When everyone else takes a break, those hungry agents will gain some turf...
