Hi,
I hope you guys read this...and take note. Sometimes we're overwhelmed with new SEO information that we start to 'spamming' the search engines.
Anchor Text is very important when trying achieve high search engine rankings.
My keyword that I would love to be #1 on
is 'North Carolina Mortgage'.
The mistake I have been making is continually using this same keyword over and over again.
I easily obtained #1 ranking on MSN for about 1 week, and now my mortgage website is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND within the top 100 listings.
I read that you should 'mix up' your keywords like choosing Mortgage North Carolina or Mortgage NC.
I learned the hard way that Search Engines will consider you
if you try to take advantage of their engines.
Good Luck...and I hope this helps

I am sorry to hear that happened to you. I am still fairly SEO ignorant, so I don't understand exactly, but I will take note. I hope you are able to work you way back up to the top soon.
Leigh - You should try the Google Analytics
It basically tells you where your leads are coming from.....from what websites...and for what keywords!
