What is wrong with the ActiveRain members posting in the Referrals Section?
C'mon folks....the Referrals section isnt to post your advertisements or to ask for help.
You can use the Q&A for any help that you may need for finding a loan officer program or questions about AR.
Why are realtors posting their listings on the Referrals section? On top of that they place a 'referral fee' for anyone who sends them a buyer.
I guess maybe the guidelines for ActiveRain have been updated.
I totally agree with you...I've reviewed the listings in my area and found the same "abuse". You have to sift through the referrals to find one that's actually a referral. I don't think it's monitered. By the way...cute picture.
