Charlotte North Carolina Realtor Employment

I finished my class a while ago, and I'm looking to take the NC Real Estate Exam in the next week.

I wanted to see what's a good company to work for. Also, if anyone can point out questions I should be asking my future employer.

I'm also a loan officer, and wanted to know if any BIC will have problems with me working as a Loan Officer.

Any fees that I should know about? Should I start off as a listing agent? buyer's agent? etc.

Are there any good companies that train new agents? Any companies where I can avoid paying high fees?

Any comments or thoughts will be appreciated!

I suggest you see if there is an Assist2Sell office nearby. This is a great company for new agents. Its a struggle for new agents to get leads and they are very much on their own unless you attend countless classes with traditional companies. Assist2Sell provides leads to their agents and helps get you on your feet. Each office is independently owned & operated, but I do know that most of the offices don't charge you any monthly fee's. Best of luck to you!

You need to ask the companies you interview what are the monthly fee's, and if so what are you getting from them for those fees.

Robert- An interview is just not about the company interviewing you, it's also about you interviewing the company.  I made a big list of questions beforehand and simply brought them into my interview.  Questions could include: fees, commission splits, benefits, etc.
